- The costume may be produced by yourself or purchased.
- Costumes will be judged firstly on how well they express the theme of the parade, and secondly on artistic merit.
- You need to register and a photo of your costume will be taken on the day. Go to Information Booth.

- Prizes: 3 main prizes in each category
