You're Awesome! Now let the world know it by showing / telling the world! Who knows, you may get to be featured on the Fruit n Veg Parade website and invited to celebrate in front of hundreds of people! The following challenges should be a part of your healthy diet.

Go for 5 - LEVEL 1

Challenge You will eat at least 5 fruit and vegies every day for a week.

Go for 5 - LEVEL 2
Challenge You will eat at least 5 fruit and vegies every day for a month.

Go for 5 - LEVEL 3
Challenge You will eat at least 5 fruit and vegies every day for at least 2 months (from now on up till the Parade on 18 April 2009).


Can you handle it? How tough are you? How healthy do you want to be?
How motivated are you?
